Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Beltstra Co software and membership license (the "Service"), operated by Beltstra Co, a sole proprietorship based in Aubrey, Texas, USA ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Beltstra Co is a web-based service that uses computer vision to identify trading-card-game cards, retrieve market pricing, and generate marketplace listing drafts. You access it in a web browser by signing in with your license token; there is no software to install. Card images you submit are processed to identify the card and are not retained after processing.

2. Reseller / Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles payment, billing, tax collection, and payment-related customer inquiries. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

3. License

Subject to payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your active subscription. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your license token. Each license is for a single user; we monitor usage patterns and may suspend licenses that show account sharing or automated abuse.

4. Subscription term, scan allowances & cancellation

Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or annual) that renew at the listed price until cancelled. You may cancel anytime and keep access for the period already paid. Each plan includes a scan allowance over rolling windows as described on the Pricing page; scanning pauses when an allowance is reached and resumes as the window rolls forward. 5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate buying, selling, and cataloguing of trading cards you are entitled to trade. You may not use the Service to infringe intellectual property, misrepresent items, or violate marketplace rules.

6. No physical goods or games of chance

The Service is software only. We do not sell physical cards, sealed product, packs, or any random-chance or gambling products through this site.

7. Disclaimer

Pricing data and card identifications are provided "as is" for convenience and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying any listing before you publish or sell. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current license term.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
