We want you to be happy with Beltstra Co. Because the Service is digital software, the following refund terms apply.

14-day money-back guarantee

If the software does not work as described or you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We will refund the full amount you paid for the current license term.

How to request a refund

Email soliskenny2@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, back to your original payment method. Paddle can also be contacted directly about any order via the receipt they email you.

After 14 days

Licenses run for a fixed 30-day term and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel — an expired license simply stops working. Refunds after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis where the software is not functioning as described.
