Beltstra is in early access
What that means for you, in plain words.
What early access means
Beltstra is built by one card vendor in Dallas and shipped in small pieces, often several a week. Screens may change from one visit to the next, a feature may be renamed or removed, and now and then something breaks. We do not promise uptime. We do promise to tell you what changed, to fix what you report, and never to lose your data quietly: the server copies every database and every photo you keep to an off-site backup each night, and a restore is tested every month.
How to report a problem
In the app, open Account and tap Feedback. Say what you were doing and what you saw; a screenshot helps. It reaches us at once. You can also email soliskenny2@gmail.com. We reply within 2 business days.
Your data is yours, anytime
Everything you keep in Beltstra can leave with you. From the app you can download your collection, your sales, your Piggy Bank, your payouts and your buys as spreadsheet files (CSV), whenever you like. You can delete your account from Account > Delete account; our account deletion page says exactly what is removed and what is kept.
Money figures
Prices and values are market estimates. What people owe you and what you owe them is worked out from what you typed. Check the numbers against your own records before you pay anyone out; Beltstra tracks them, you confirm them.
Paying for a plan during early access
Paid plans work the way the Pricing page says, with the Refund Policy behind them. If early access ever ends a feature you paid for, we say so before it goes and you can cancel with a refund for the time left.
