Scanning and binders
How do I add cards?
Tap Scan. Add card photographs one card; Page photographs a whole 9-pocket binder page and reads every pocket. Each card comes back named and priced and goes into your collection. A card the app is not sure about is marked unsure, so you can check it before you trust the price.
What is a binder, and how does it match my real one?
A binder in the app is your cards arranged page by page, pocket by pocket, the way your real binder is. Scan a page and its nine pockets fill in order; move a card by dragging it; a card you sell or trade leaves its pocket, and Undo puts it back where it was.
How do I share a binder?
Open the binder, tap Share. Anyone with the link sees the cards, their pictures and market prices, the binder's name and your first name if you set one; never what you paid, your cash or your email. Turn the link off any time and the page stops working. Explore lists a binder for collectors near you; a show table posts it under a show's name for the days you choose.
Where do prices come from?
Market prices from TCGplayer, matched to the exact printing where we can, refreshed every morning. They are estimates for your own records, not offers to buy.
Selling for other people and the Piggy Bank
I sell cards for friends or consignors. How does that work?
Under Piggy Bank, add a person with your fee (say 12%). Mark their cards as theirs. When one sells, the app records the price, your fee and their share, and shows what you owe them. Each person gets their own no-login page with the same breakdown. Check the numbers against your own records before you pay anyone out: Beltstra tracks them, you confirm them. Every change (an undo, a removed payment, an edited cost) is kept in a History.
What is the Piggy Bank?
A record of the cash from your card sales and what you spent it on. A card sold for cash drops its price in; take money out and say what it was for. It never holds or moves real money; it is your ledger.
Can I get my records out as a spreadsheet?
Yes. The collection download is under My Collection (CSV). Your sales, Piggy Bank, payouts and buys download from Piggy Bank > Download your records while you are signed in; each one is a CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
Accounts, trial and billing
What does the free account include?
A free account starts with a 21-day trial of every tool, then stays free with a monthly scan allowance. The Pricing page lists what Pro adds (selling for more than one person, listing on eBay from a scan, bigger allowances).
How do I cancel a paid plan?
Email soliskenny2@gmail.com from your account's address, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You keep access for the period already paid. The Refund Policy says when a refund applies. (A cancel button inside the app is on its way.)
I signed in with Google. What does Google tell you?
Your email address, that it is verified, your first name and a Google account id. Nothing else, and never your password. Details in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account, and what happens to my data?
Account > Delete account, type DELETE. The account deletion page lists exactly what is removed and what stays (money records stay with your email removed, because the other side belongs to someone else). Download your CSVs first if you want them.
When something goes wrong
The app is not loading, or something broke
Check Status: it says whether Beltstra is up and what the last incident was. If it says all systems normal and you still have a problem, tap Feedback under Account and say what you were doing; it reaches us at once and you get a reply within 2 business days.
A card was read wrong
Open the card: the printings row under it lets you tap the right one, and Check these on a binder page walks the unsure reads one by one. Or scan it again, closer and flat. Unsure reads are marked so they never look sure.
