We do not collect or store your card or bank details. All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who collects the information needed to complete your purchase (such as name, email, billing country, and payment details) under their own privacy policy.

License information

To operate your membership we store a license identifier associated with your purchase and the email address you used, so we can issue and verify your license. When your copy of the software checks its license, we receive that license token to confirm it is active.

• To issue, verify, and support your membership license
• To respond to support requests you send us
• To comply with legal and tax obligations (largely handled by Paddle)

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to run the Service — primarily Paddle.com for payment processing. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We keep license and contact information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. For payment data held by Paddle, contact Paddle directly.
