Beltstra Co

For sellers and table vendors

Every scanner tells you what a card is worth. None of them tell you what you owe.

There are a dozen free apps that read a card and show a price. If that's all you need, use one of those, honestly. Beltstra is for the part after: you're holding cards that aren't all yours, you sold nine of them on Saturday, and three people are waiting to be paid.

A free account keeps every card you scan and one person you sell for, and your first week has every Pro tool. Pro sells for as many people as you like and lists on eBay from the app. No payment details. Launch price through Oct 16: Pro is $14.50 USD/month for your first 3 months, then $29.00 USD/month, applied automatically at checkout.

What it does that a price checker doesn't

New: buyers find your table before they find your table

Post your table on the show's page: one code for the whole show, one tap in the app. A buyer in the aisle types "umbreon" and gets your name, your table, which binder, the page and the pocket, then walks straight to you. Only binders you show to anyone are on it, first names only, and the table comes off by itself after the show. Free for every vendor at the show, and the page gets better with each one who posts. See what the buyer sees.

Whose card was that?

Put a card in under someone's name when it comes in. When it sells, the app splits the money on the cut you agreed, keeps a running total of what each person is owed, and records the payout when you hand it over. No spreadsheet, no arguing at the next show.

The Piggy Bank

Cash in, cash out, what a card cost you and what it made. You can see the day's take and what's actually yours out of it, because what you owe is already taken off.

Pack check, before the envelope

Photograph the card you're about to ship. It reads it against the eBay order it's going into and says green, amber or red: right card, look again, or stop. Wrong-card returns cost more than the card.

List it on eBay from the scan

Any card the app has photographed can go up as an auction or Buy It Now without you typing a title, picking a category, or taking another photo. Before it goes live you see one screen: the price, the condition, the shipping, auction or Buy It Now, and what eBay keeps. Mark it sold on eBay later and the fee and postage come off your profit. Your own eBay account, your own shipping policy.

A binder that knows where the card is

Your binder, page for page, pocket for pocket. Someone asks for the Umbreon and the app says "Chase binder, page 4, pocket 6" instead of you flipping through nineteen pages at the table. One photo of a page fills the whole page at once. Turn on "Show it to anyone" and the same binder is one link, one QR code on the table, and one search box on the show's page.

Honest about the rest

It runs in your phone's browser. Nothing to install, works on iPhone and Android the same. It reads Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Union Arena and more. It is not an app-store app, it has no marketplace of its own, and it does not do sports cards well yet.
